Freshly pierced septum

Is alright for the retainer to be up one nostril more than the other (not by much)? I just get a bit paranoid hehe I know all about the aftercare stuff. :) I'll treat it like my baby lol

Regular tapers or pinchers?

I got my septum pierced at a 16, and ever since I've used pinchers to stretch. I'm at an 8g and it's really, really hard for me to get in the 6g pinchers I've ordered. And I was wondering if I used one of those long tapers (you would usually use for your ear lobes), would it go in easier...

Stretching septum from 8g to 6g?

From a 8g to a 6g is cake, actully every stretch up to a 2g is relatively easy. But if you plan on going any bigger from a 2g to a 0g was by far the worst, the easiest method stretching would be take a HOT shower and cup your hands and blow your nose into the hot water then put neosporin and followed...
