Long story short, I messed my lobes up a long time ago when I forced a stretch from 4g to 0g. Dumb, I know, I'm not even sure what I was thinking at the time. Help, nose ring issues.

I have a stud in my nose right now and I've had my piercing for about four months But I cant seem to get a ring in, It's the right gauge and diameter, but it wont go in. Whats should I do, I was hoping I wouldn't have to go back to the piercer. Or is it too soon to change it to a ring. Help...

So, from what I understand, saline/sea salt is used for soaks and sprays. Does anyone know why sodium chloride is specified throughout the industry? I understand why heat is important as it increases blood flow to the specified area. but why the saline/sea salt? I understand you dont want to use conventionaly...
