    i love this thread! so many cool ideas. well, here are some pics for my hair over the past few years, oldest first. any pics where i have long hair - it's not real haha, my hair stops growing at my shoulders. hope that wasn't too obnoxious.

    I'm thinking about dreadlocks. I actually had a dream about it last night. My hair ain't long enough yet, and my husband would freak!

  • anyone have a hair weave? (or extensions)

    how much did you pay for it/them & what method was used? I am going to australia for 3 weeks in july, and i want to look fabulous, so i want extensions that will last, but won't break the bank

    that got2be glued stuff is powerful. i had the gel and hairspray once, and it was like super glue. im surprised to here it doesnt work for him.

    i use bed head manipulator in my hair, along with aussie instant freeze hairspray. i dont think the manipulator will help you out, but the freeze might. after you style your hawk spray in with that until its hard and itll stay up all day.

  • Dreadlocks

    Any idea if dreading your hair shortens it a little? I'm trying to estimate if my hair will be any shorter after I dread my hair. My hair is almost 6 inches long, and if dreading it is going to bring it to say 4 inches then it might look kinda weird.
