Hello! I'm new to stretching. I used to do it when I was a kid but it was from 18g to 14g. I just jabbed an earring in my lobe, it felt a little warm, and then a few weeks later it was all good. Everytime I tape my ears

Everytime I tape my ears I use flareless plugs and they work fine going in but everytime i try to take them out it seems to be rly difficult and annoying, is this normal or am I doing this wrong? btw I do about 2-3 wrapsand use plumbers tape
