 What i've been doing is showering without plugs then rubbing emu oil on my lobes. I've yet to try downsizing or leaving jewlery out for any longer then that though.

 Ok so here's the deal I know that I've looked for methods on how to do this aswell as many others and for one i'm not saying my lobes are thin but i would just like to get an informational or collective topic of what people do and tips on how to "thinken" your ear lobes provide input and lets all learn. :D 

 Yeah sorry i wasnt aware you could tape your septum I'm glad to have found that out i actually did i have to remove the 0g because of the pain and im back to the old 2g jewlery and i just taped and oiled it up so i'll try this methed first it seems to feel alot better with just 4 wraps.

 So just finished stretching my septum from a 2g to a 0g not but 5 minutes ago and my question to anyone else who has done this is, how was the feeling for you? did you experiance pain? I did but it's starting to feel pretty fine and now im a little shaken up but more excited then anything. discuss

 So i'm getting my labret punched out this coming week and i really need to know what jewelry to order. I'm looking at the Gorilla Glass labrets and the Glasswear Studios labrets. So my question would be which one is going to be better for a fresh punch?

 i went from 2g to 0g within 1 day less then a week and let me tell you what the pain was horrible ive been doing a 1 week waiting period between each streatch with no issue. 0g is a bit** i went back to a 2g and waited till the next day when i got some pain relieving neosporin, i then used it as a lube. the jewlery went in <i hate ...

 well i do have the 10g glassware labrets in my snakebites right now maybe ill give it a try to see if it fits and if so ill buy another pair :D thanks for the help!
