 yeah i really thought he would too but the time i had gotten there he said just make sure i watch it really carefully and soak it an extra time, keep taking ibuprofen and if it swells up any more i have to come in immediately to get them changed out. i think he just didn't want to change the barbells on such a fresh piercing if he ...

 well, somehow on the 15 minute drive to my piercer, my ear miraculously stopped eating the balls on my barbells. its looking a lot better now and i didn't have to get my barbells changed out. but, thanks wissabo and axon for your advice :)

 ahhhh yeah its still swelling, i took ibuprofen again but it started to swell over the prongs on the front ball. i'm heading out to my piercer like, right now.

 yeah i decided im going to just go there today just so my piercer can take a look at it and tell me what he thinks. its better not to risk it.

yesterday my friend hugged me and hit my fresh double conch pretty hard. he was kind of fucked up, and i was sober so it was just a recipe for bad. the piercings swelled up to the entire length of the barbell and hurt worse than when i got them pierced. i took some ibuprofen and did my regular sss and it helped with the pain and throbbing but ...

at least its titanium and internally threaded.. his tragus looks fine so i think he'll be okay. he did his homework better than at least 70% of people i know who get pierced. hopefully the length of the jewelry won't be an issue though, i had a really long barbell when i got my conch pierced and i didn't switch the jewelry to ...

did you oil the tape enough? teflon tape needs a lot of oil or it sticks to your ears.
