Yes, to match it would need to be 18g for the Neometal labrets. If you were going to stretch the current one I would do that before getting the new piercing so it can be settled in and give you less to heal at once.

I had one, then got the other three in one go. (thank you, Rick.) That was back in May (I think) and they are pretty solid now other than when they get caught in my dreadlocks or glasses. If you are going to do the double (one side or both) I suggest using Neometal labrets since they take up less space than screws and they have lots of awesome ...

I have two sets of two right now (two on either side, so a double-double nostril set I guess) and I don't think there is a catchy name for it. The placement will totally depend on where you think it would look best and your anatomy. :) I think it looks pretty cool, and may go for 3 on each later.
