My parents are okay with my piercings. my mom love my helix and my dad asked how did i stretched my lobes and i showed him when i went from 4 to 2ga lol. i think they will nag for awhile though if i get facial ones or tattoos that can't be covered by clothing, but after they come to accept my mods they will keep ask how is it done blahblah.
