If the angle is bad, remove it and have it redone. Bad angle = never healing properly. I

Plated does not always = pvd. PVD is a "plating" process but not all plating is a pvd process.

Plated. Red will NOT anodize. Doesn't happen. The red coloring there is plated. Black can be done with either a plating process (this includes pvd) or with heat on some materials. But again, red is a plating.

My concern would be what are they coated with? If you are not sure about that then I would probably not risk wearing them.
