When your at a certain gauge and you buy plugs and you wanna stretch bigger...but you have to wait months so before you know it you end up buying a buncha plugs ect..in the gauge your waiting at? I feel this urge to splurg! It's my bday and I wanna buy myself new plugs buuut it kinda feels like waste in the end? Just wondering if anyone else ever has this problem? hahah annnnnd I'm bored and should probally be asleep right now.

  I have more than 50 pairs and they are all sorts of different sizes. Most are my goal size (3/4), but I do still have a lot in 1/2" and 5/8". You can always sell your (clean) plugs that are the wrong size, but I like to keep all of mine as a token of the journey. If its your birthday, definitely get yourself something! hey well when you put it that waaaay like a collection! It doesn't seem so bad! And wow now I'm going to be hooked looking thru everyone elses stuff!

 I've always bought acquired a mini collection at each of my pit stops. It makes being patient easier because you don't get bored with only one or two pairs. I end up selling most of my used stuff, but keep a few favourites for downsizing.

I built up big collections at 00g, 9/16" and 5/8", all the rest of the sizes I only ever bought a few pairs for. I'm now at 3/4" (been at this size for 2 years so far) and am trying to convince myself to stay here because of all the money I've spent on plugs (most of which can't be resold because they are organic). I still have all my smaller ones, though I've been meaning to sell the non-organic/acrylic ones.

 they are collections for sure, i have over 300 pairs in my 16mm size mainly because im a manufacturer but also through trading with other manufacturers,

 i like to keep  some 14mm and 15mm around when i leave my plugs out too long

i also like to keep some SF and some DF for the same reason

and i have heard lots of people keep some of their smaller jewelry so if/when they end up going smaller they still have jewerly.

and part of it is getting to wear some of the unique designs that are only offered at certain sizes.

I'm happy i posted this makes me feel better i'm at 7'16 and i did buy some more plugs today even though i plan on getting to 5/8 but i'm going to go reaaal slow and i wanted options for when i start to feel i need to stretch...haha So at least I don't feel as bad for the money I've invested so far at this latest stopping point. I did manage to sell all my old plugs and tapers..buuut so got ripped off 17 dollers I sold it all for!! Buuut it wasn't many at the same plug size! I think since I'm at a bigger size and the plugs are starting to look nicer to me it's hard to just stop buying them! this really is addicting!

its actually been a while since ive spent my own money on jewelry, its kind of a rule between my husband and i, hes the only one who gets to buy it for me (we pull our money together so its really mine too). right now, if i counted correctly i have 69 pairs of plugs, 38 of which are kaos. and then probably another 40 pairs of hangies or weights.

ooh i only own one pair of kaos!! And now I'm hooked i wanna buy sooo many more but I'm going to wait till I reach my goal size!! it's really hard though =)
