I was pierced with a curved barbell (with tiny gem balls) back in August.  I thought I'd change it to a gem labret stud after it healed but the gem was just too small and barely noticeable.  I'm not sure if I like wearing a CBR in it.  The one I could get in had too large of a diameter and the smaller one was too small to put in.  I'm thinking of a really small twist barbell but can't find any pics of someone wearing one in their tragus.  Basically, I need ideas (and pics would be great!) of what other people wear.  

 Neometal labret... Makes it easy to change ends

 I really love wearing a circular barbell in my tragus.  With the right diameter, I can turn the jewelry to tuck the balls in for discreteness during work hours; then turn it around when I want so the balls on the end cup my ear.  I've worn a Neometal labret in it, too, and it's a fine piece of jewelry, but does not make the same statement as a CBB, imo.

 I think a twist barbell would look really good!  You might have to just lash out on one and then post a photo for US to check out how it looks.

I second this! I wear neometal threadless labrets in my tragus and helix and love them...although I still think they're difficult to put the ends in (its hard to line it up right with my arms wrapped around my head in weird ways). Mine is 14g and has a white opal gem that I believe is 2mm. It is small but I didn't want anything too big and it's definitely noticeable, especially with the opal flash. If I remember I'll try and snap some pictures sometime soon to post.

Lol, I'll get there...slowly but surely but I'll get there :D  I really need to get one of those barbells with the flat discs once the swelling goes down more so I can get an earphone back in my ear...the sacrifices we make for our art lol.

 I've given up on getting the earbuds in the ear, and just use the over the ear ones.
