Hi everyone, this is my first post so bare with me.

 I have had my ears streched to 1" for about a year and a half now. I was at 5/8" for about a year and at 3/4" for about a year as well. So my ears have been streched for quite a while. I have had my double flares out for a couple days and I can not get my left ring in but a snug fin on the right ear. So we are healing.

I have read that sea salt and heat help dryand heal things. I do understand that my ears will never be perfect again, I think we all take that risk when we shove huge things in our ears. I just would like to get to around 1/2" / 5/8" for job and personal reasons.

 Anyone know anyways to get this done.

 I have had a couple blow outs, though they were not bad and left very small damage (put plug in backwards and you can not see it at all!) I am sure thats going to be fun when I get the surgery. I do plan to keep them for a long time, but as I get older and things get harder you can't have crazy african ears no more!

 Any help here fine people???

 I would suggest leaving the jewelry out of them and doing lots of massages with oil or moisturizer. 

Or if you need to wear jewelry for work, try something light in 3/4" (like Kaos) and hopefully they'll gradually shrink.

Yeah, I wore a 3/4"s and a 7/8's" to school today and they stayed fine just mylobes are still to thick for them and it looks strange. It almost fits the 7/8's which i do belive that its size before or the 2nd to 1"

Actually, my ears were almost 2 sizes over inch just from weight. I never put anything over 1" in them though.

 So i will try to massage them tonight and see where we go, I am not expecting a over night thing here. It could be months as long as It was doings some healing. I will try the sea salt for now and them get some emu oil and maybe some burts bees lotion for them. I only use natural stuff =]

 I remember one weekend when I was at 5/8's I lost my plugs (was broke that weekend) and when I got new plugs, my ears were 00. So i know they can heal!

I am not to sure I am ready to have them fixed up yet, as I love them, I just think I went to far size wise. I don't have tattoos so this was my addiction for a long time!
