Star [*] Artisan forum rules & guidelines

We’ve decided to open a new Artists and Artisans Forum so that all of our creative forum members have a place they can showcase their work.  We enjoy seeing the things that various individuals post on the boards, but we wanted a more structured way of presenting it.  This forum can be used to show body jewelry you have made, but it is also open to all individual artists working in all media whether the work is for sale or just for fun.  This forum is a place for individual artists, it is not a venue for larger companies to show their new designs (exceptions may be made with permission.) These rules can be modified at any time.

All of the normal forum rules apply to this forum, but we are also implementing a few additional guidelines:

    • Each artisan can open only one thread to showcase their work, but they can update it as often as they like.
    • None of the work shown should duplicate jewelry designs that BAF carries or has carried, or compete with listed BAF products.
    • While artists can show brand names or company logos if they have them, they cannot list prices.
    • Body jewelry shown that is intended for sale must be made of safe materials and cannot have been worn.
    • Artists cannot contact forum members, either through other threads or through PMs.  However, artists are welcome to post information detailing how they may be contacted if someone is interested in purchasing their work.  Forum members can contact the artisans via PMs.
    • BAF is not a marketplace for these types of sales. All transactions should be handled via email or off BAF.
