Helix: 2x 16g 10mm steel circular barbells in left ear (I don't change these)
Lobes: 10g steel single flared plugs with a flat front, like tiny little mirrors 
Right now I have two pairs of 'work safe' plugs in 10g, these and a pair of SF steel with a pale pink CZ. I'm still working on increasing the amount of discrete stuff in my HUGE 8g collection. As soon as I get my SF IS Ti fire red faux-pals (shouldn't be too long now) I'm stretching to 8g!!!! 
Tongue: 14g 9/16" steel post with 4mm steel halfdome under the tongue and a 5mm glittery mountain dew coloured ball on top. I'm FINALLY working out which jewelry fits in my mouth properly, it look lots of hits and misses because the standard 5/8" posts with two 5mm balls on DO NOT work for me at all LOL
