    Relic stoneworks

I'm placing an order today for an assortment of stone from Relic Stoneworks. This is hand crafted premium stone (for those of you who don't know what company Relic is). I'm getting a run of rough cut amethyst front plugs from 2g to 3/4", and then after that it will be his choice on what he sends us.

     Sizes I've ordered are 2g, 0g, 00g, 1/2", 5/8", and 3/4". All plugs will be round, double flare, with a 5/16" wearable.

Prices will range from $100/pair to $200/pair

    Re: Relic stoneworks

Ok so we confirmed our order and it's gonna take about 2 months for him to make. We are getting a full run of rough front cut amethyst plugs, and rutilated quartz - these cost a bit more I guess because of the material. We are also getting a few other assortments like petrified wood, dino agate, labradorite, rainbow flourite, smokey quartz, and dendritic agate.

We're excited about being able to work with them, because when we saw them at APP 2008 we loved the stone, but I believe at the time he said they were only doing limited custom work. I'm assuming that since then they started to sell wholesale but we were just unaware of this. But now that we know they do, I'm sure we'll try every few months to bring limited stone pieces in from them :)

We decided to stay away from what is normally considered an "in between" sizes like 7/16" and 9/16" because the investment was so highand many people do not purchase nicer pieces at those sizes :(
