i really want to get my nips done....they'd be my 14th and 15th piercings XD buuuut i'm really nervous...i've only ever had my nostrils, navel, various ear piercings, and monroe done...nothing as serious as nipple piercings i guess. not only am i scared to whip out my boobs for my piercer, but i'm totally freaked out about how much it's going to hurt :[ i know piercing experiences totally vary from person to person, but i'd love to hear about stories about anyone's nipple piercing experience as well as aftercare :]

In my opinion, its not as bad as people expect! I was gripping the table like a tornado was blowing through and that was the only thing that would save my life. The piercer (Max Brand, known on ModBlog for his play piercing) told me to relax, then he pierced me, there was only a few seconds between each piercing. It was a sharp hot pain, then it was over. Once I was in the car every bumb hurt! Sleeping was hard the first few nights, and they only bled for the first day. As far as healing I pretty much just washed them in the shower and left them alone for the most part...

i think i would want them both done in the same sitting...i duno if that's a bad idea haha! ahhhh...how long are they sore afterwards? i like sleeping on my belly :[

I slept on my belly that night with my boobies all snug in a very tight sports bra.  I prefered having pressure on them.  It felt more comfortable.  And if you want them both done, go for it.  10 seconds of pain for years of enjoyment... :)

 sports bras and those cami's with the inset tube bra are you best friends when sleeping while healing :)

it wasn't that bad ... I'm right handed and when the right one was pierced it was painless, the only discomfort came from inserting the jewelry... as for the left ... on the age old pain scale if 1-10 for me... was a 4 

most piercer's will have you in a private room for consultation prior to piercing... just remeber they've seen far worse looking anatomy, and that he/she is a professional and is just doing thier job objectively.

 if you get them done at the same time there's a much better shot of them being even with each other

as a side note... my nipples were my first real piercings... I got them done before I even got my second lobes pierced, and I wore a soft cup pink bra when I went to get pierced so any blood stains wouldn't be noticable at all

My concern was having them both out of commission during the healing process...AND not being entirely certain that I would like the sensation.   

 Like the author of this topic, I'm seriously thinking about getting mine done (more so now that I've read what y'all have already said) but just to be the weird, perverted one -- increased sensitivity = good/bad? I'm worried that they'll be too sensitive or lose all sensitivity.
