I've spent $275.55 in just two months on BAF alone, I have also bought some stuff on eBay and another couple of sites I frequent that occasionally have some sweet bargains. I have no idea what I have spent on my collection in total. Probably around $700 US (considerably more in my money). I also bought a new camera so I could take pictures of my ears for reviews, and pics of my collection to post here! Obsessed much??? I think it's all the suspense caused by making myself wait over the minimum time to stretch, I'm sure I'll calm down once I can actually wear all the stuff I have bought. For me it will be a massive celebration because right now my next stretch is to my goal size (I have to stay small for work reasons and relationship reasons...I also better stay that size for a long ass time considering how much I spent on jewellry for it!!!!)

Bank balence is looking a little slim, I have had the spendthrift virus generally and need to pull back...but my BAF wishlist and Etsy faves page beacons me On the upside, I have almost run out of interesting things to buy in 8g so it cannot go on for ever...

my goal-size was 8g too - and id gotten some specific stuff for exactly that gauge...  oddly, that (8g) turned out to be the size i stayed at the least amount of time...  lol.  however - i could kinda -tell- that 0g was a realistic stopping point for me...  i dont (atm) have any urges to stretch again - and have been enjoying reusing some of my smaller-gauge jewelry thru earskins and tunnels now...  for me - 8g did not really provide that -tunnel effect- that i (it turns out) was interested in...

again, good luck - and like everyone(?) im constantly amazed at how much ive spent - especially once the -discount- kicks in here at baf...  lol.

 Bought these for my cousin... And uhh if you guys think spending a few hundred is crazy I guess you'd be shocked to know what some others have spent... I know there are a number of us close to if not over the $5000 mark...

ok, that brings up an interesting question...  i remember the discount at $250 i think it was...  are there any more discounts once we roll into the four-digits?  lol...  (im at something like $900 i think)  and just a couple of anatometal orders would easily take someone thru to the main-discount and/or four digits, so i am not surprised - since baf is exclusive for anatometal...

Originally, when I made my first stretch I thought my goal was going to be 10g. Then when I was at about 12g I realised that 8g was the size all the good jewelry seemed to start at, and it seemed to still be a small enough size for my practical needs (I work in an environment where piercings that are out of the ordinary need to be hidden and my partner finds stretched ears gross). I'm making myself wait about 2 months to go from 10g to 8g just to make sure my ears are healthy and during that time I have been looking at my 8g jewelry and thinking it looks really small and 6g is starting to look good to me. I don't want to go really big because I don't think it would suit me but I am a bit worried about how my thinking has been. I am sure however I can find the will power to stay at 8g for at least a couple of years, I mean afterall it would be a huge waste considering how much stuff I have bought! I love hangies and rings and glass stuff and that seems to look bigger in-ear then metal plugs so that should help too.

cool...  sometimes i have the willpower of a 2 yo...  lol.  it sounds like youre realistic and im sure youll be fine...  and i tend to agree that the jewelry starts getting interesting at 8g - i did not have any external factors (bf/work) to help stop my urges either - so kudos to you...    hugs, h.
