I still haven't recieved that Nov. 20 order.

I've placed 2 orders in the past week, hopefully they will get here in a timely fashion, not like this mysterious order.

You guys get yours in envelopes? Mine always comes in a gray padded envelope inside a brown box.

mine come in either orange or white bubble mailers for ground mail and those USPS envelopes if its global priority.

ahhh you live in canada..i see

generally the only reasons that mail to canada is lost, is if it gets caught up in customs, i have seen packages arrive a couple months later just because they got 'stuck' somewhere.
also, if there was no return address, it will go to the dead letter area (if BAF didnt stick their address on it, they will not even attempt delivery, which is sooo stupid in my op)

can i be nosy and ask what you ordered?
