I thought I should share because I need more feed back from people (ill upload more of my art when I can get around to it)

Do you enjoy Roy Lichtenstein? I enjoy Tub Ring on rare occasion. I like the clean lines, but I feel his fuzzy chin lines throw that off balance.

mmm Roy lichtenstien sounds familiar
i made his chin fuzzy in attmpt to show his facial hair

im glad someone else has heard of Tub ring

edit: i just looked him up on google and ya now I know who he is, ive seen alot of his art but i couldnt put the name with the art

Im a fan of your style, I like bold art with bright colours

Thanks ive been trying to lean more to that kind of art, my earlier drawings where too bland and realistic

roy lichtenstein is best known for using benday dots to convey color, even though he did use solid coloring as well. he also had strong, solid lines and his coloring wasn't as overpowering. when he used bold colors, it was usually just one color and the rest of the color was subtle. but yeah, your painting is like a lichtenstein. i agree that the chin is off, even though you are trying to say that he's 'hairy' in that area, it comes off looking sloppy. if you stippled in that area instead, i think the imagery would be more consistent.

well maybe there´s only confusing, maybe you can do it larger so it can be seen like hair

i love tubring. my fiance has been a fan since they began and is friends with them. Super nice guys and put on a hell of a show!!!!

ya, theyre too nice, i havent been able to go to a concert yet but ive talked to trevor and rob, adorable trevor loved the painting
