I just ordered my first pair of Anatometal Bling Eyelets. I am thinking about getting a custom pair. Can you guys show off pics of your anatometal? I am looking for ideas for gem color combos, titanium colors etc.

how small is the small? i don't think i would like the girl's fitted one because of the sleeves, but i was wondering if this tshirt will actually be *tight* on me or not.

i'm gonna buy it anyway but any input is still appreciated.

I was pierced with a curved barbell (with tiny gem balls) back in August. I thought I'd change it to a gem labret stud after it healed but the gem was just too small and barely noticeable. I'm not sure if I like wearing a CBR in it. The one I could get in had too large of a diameter and the smaller one was too small to put in. I'm thinking of a really small twist barbell but can't find any pics of someone wearing one in their tragus. Basically, I need ideas (and pics would be great!) of what other people wear.

Kaos fleshtone hiders in septums?

My septum is kind of low and I'd really like to make it so I don't get random comments about it when I'm trying to hide it. Right now I have a 6g clear silicone earskin in it which is super comfy but is now slightly torn since I use tweezers to get it in and out. I've been planning on stretching to 4g so I can just buy a new earskin that will hopefully go in easier and won't tear. I noticed the hiders and just wondered if anyone has tried to use those in their septum. A huge hole or anything shiny is going to be way more obvious than something flesh coloured and they're silicone so they'll probably be squishy, right? Are they solid on both sides?

Every 2 weeks or so we try to get a bit of new jewelry... SO, what are you mostly looking for that we don't carry? What gauge would you need?
Give us some ideas and suggestions Of course we're not gonna be able to do them all, but it helps to guide us in the right direction.

Red titanium?

This site and a few others said it doesn't exist, but recently I've been seeing a lot of acutal red titanium (not PVD) pieces on several sites and shops/studios. Is this a recently discovered thing? Like we didn't know how to make it before? Because I've never seen any red ti before like 3 months ago.

EDIT: I've seen black titanium too...is that PVD?

I am in possession of these awesome things.
I guess theyre rhythm sticks or whatever, but theyre made out of this gorgeous coconut wood.

I was thinking about making some custom plugs and what have you out of them.
You think its ear safe?

Also, does anyone have any advice on how I would go about making custom ear plugs?

They are both 36mm diameter.

what is like the average size of a circular barbell that would fit a septum.

some backround info would be, my septum is pierced fairly high and i have a average size nose.

Where can I find solid flesh tone plugs. I need an inch and a quarter. I cant find any where that sells over an inch.

So I know that sometimes when ordering plugs um for example 1/2 inch plugs normally there true size is something like 12.7 mm but some places sell them in 12mm or 13mm what can i buy...that can help me measure them myself so i know exactly what mm I'm putting in my ear? Thanks

We both really liked the classifieds here and we were sad to see them go :( Yes, there are many bodymod trading communities on LJ already, but we felt that there was a lot more trust within our baf community. barbell ends

I have a 2 gauge acrylic barbell in right now and its very comfortable but I want a 2 gauge 5/8 titanium barbell but it seems like i cant find any with comfortable size barbell ends and I dont know what the smallest size the ends can be without goin inside my tongue but the one i have in now are much smaller than any other 2 gauge barbells I have seen, I was hopin someone could help me with this question. I was thinkin maybe flat barbell ends might work but cant find any.

I've had gauges (5/8) for a while now and it never occured to me that certain types of jewerly could be better on your ears than others. Is this true? If so, which types are better?

Unique Small Gauge Septum Jewelry

I've seen some very cute pieces, but they are usually gold (expensive) OR the diameter is ridiculously large.

I wish there were more small diameter acrylic tapers, with different designs, like stripes. Just something other than barbells, which get boring really fast. And there's only so many retainers I can have :P

There's better stuff the bigger you go, but I think my cartilage wont let me go higher than 10g.

Glass Jewelry Request

So I am requesting that you ask the current glass jewelry makers to make something they currently dont. I can only say how completely stoked I was that they FINALLY came out with colored glass nostril jewelry, and in an effort to give up metal in my body for good, I would love if Gorilla Glass (GWS currently only does clear in super-small gauges last time I checked) would make curved, single flare barbells. Similar to the GWS curved barbell retainers, but in colored glass, (with ball or disk flares) in smaller gauges like 14g and 12g, and lengths like 3/8 and 5/16, I would personally use them for my vertical labret, but I can see an easy application in eyebrow piercings or belly button piercings.

On a similar note, I would also love to see you guys carry smaller guage glass no-flare bars. I know GWS does these in color as small at 12g last time I ordered directly from them. I personally use these for my nipples, but I can see them being useful for industrials, or whatever.

And finally, as soon as they make [colored] glass surface bars, I will get surface piercings. Just putting it out there ;)

00g - 9mm?

My goal size is going to be 00g. I know that 0g is 8mm...On the gauge card I have it says that 00g can range from 9mm-10mm. How do I know which jewelry on the site is 9mm? I'm not wanting to go to 10mm, just 9mm. There's a few pieces of jewelry I'm wondering about and I'm wondering if they're 9mm or 10mm?! These are the three...

I just went from a 10g to a 8g and the taper slid straight in without any pain. I looked at the order form to make sure and checked the gauge card thing, and it said 8g but it was weird. I still have to wait to go to 6 right even though I didn't feel any pain or resistance?

*PS: I got out of the shower, and used some lubricant so idk if that did anything but no pain lol*
