Aww kitties!
My neighbor's outside cat just had kittens. If they live, I'm going to keep one for sure, and I already found a home for another. I was up really late last night on their porch just watching them, strangely enough the mother didn't mind me being near her or the babies, didn't growl at all. She knows me quite well, I always feed her, if it was someone else she'd probably freak out. I brought her food and set up a cardboard box with some of those heating pads for lower back pain underneath half to keep them warm if they get cold and a blanket.
My neighbor isn't too bright, and it makes me really mad that she lets her cats run wild without being spayed/neutered, but thankfully the kittens seem very healthy and have a good chance of surviving. I don't want to interfere too much since they're not mine and are used to living outside. Not feral though, she's okay with being around people most of the time.
