Not quite sure on the size 00g glass fell out and broke so i grabbed a pen that was closet to the size although a little bigger and cut off a section (cleaned it of course) note 2nd time of re gauging after closing from 1/2inch (first time) 0 (second time) and now its i guess just under 1/2

 

 

 How long did you wait between stretches?  Look like you have some cat's butt going on there.  May want to try some sea salt soaks and massages.  Also, are you letting your ears close now?

i stretched kinda fast because my lobes do it on its own  within a week my gauges fall out even with double flared which is why i let them close twice because i would loose jewelry all the time and no im not letting them close right now i just got them to 00 lol

Also...just a peeve of mine.  They're not gauges, they're called plugs, barbells, etc.  Gauge is a measurement. :-D

lol yeah sorry  its a habit everyone tends to call them gauges here (well where i used to live) and when ever i said plugs most people got confused  so i got used to saying gauges also  the picture doesn't show up on mine now either lol

 I'm between 1g and 0g and my ears don't stay open nearly as much as your 8g holes...I'm jealous! Mine can shrink in a very short time, although jewelry is relatively easy to reinsert...I should post pics sometime.

My right ear is thinner, sadly.  I think the problem is that this ear was pierced slightly  lower than the other. I downsized for over a year but it didn't really make a difference that I can see.   Luckily, this is my goal size.

 It's just thin at your head...could that be harmful if you decide, in the future, to stretch larger?  Otherwise, they're nice and smooth! :-D

The thin spot I mean is around 4 or 5 o'clock on my right lobe (the pic on the left).  It's not terrible but it's thinner than the other side.

I might start sleeping naked just on that side to see if it helps at all.  

 Oh! haha  I didn't even notice that! 

 I would've said your left ear looks thinner...shows what I know.
