Tis true: I don't work for BAF. I just help with questions here as you guys would have to ask the question from BAF, they would then in turn as us, then they would get back to you.

This would be a custom order from BAF, and it sounds like you know what to do. -We- make (and stock) domes for 14ga up to 00, mostly in titanium.

My wife has 4 different color Ti captive's in 1/4". The copper ball seems to be ever so slightly larger than the rest; not a whole size, just a little bit. All the balls are 'the same size', according to how they were ordered. Two balls are 3.2mm, the rest are 3.3mm. Seems odd that the copper ball would be 'large', since it is worn most often/ is the oldest. Any thoughts on this?

Thats about .003" thousandths of an inch. Are you measuring these with a micrometer?

No, just a digital caliper. The only reason she even noticed is because all the other balls fall out of the copper captive and the copper ball is more snug in the other rings.

hey barry, i was wondering is it possible to put white moonstone or any other sort of all white stone in a nostril screw?

 2mm White opal cabochon... Or 2mm/1.5 white faceted opal... Hm.  That's about it right now.  

No moonstone under 3mm.  

bummer.. i really need some for the wedding and opals won't match. is there any way i could special order the stones? i know IS makes some white nostril screws but i would prefer to go through you guys. thanks again

Sorry ramblequeen... your question did get skipped.

The only opal color we have in that size is the standard white opal.
