I'm trying to think of ideas for some superblings, and I was wondering if blue zircon is available in half inch for the faceted gems?  Do you have any pictures of blue zircon next to sapphire?

 Also, according to this post, half inch has a good selection of center gems for superblings, correct?

And I was wondering, what color titanium are the eyelets in the stock photo on this page: https://www.bodyartforms.com/productdetails.asp?ProductID=3367?  Light blue or just blue?

Actually, I'm pretty sure that's teal.  If you check out our pages http://anatometal.com/catalog/ey_gem.php and scroll to the bottom, you'll see all of the colors listed.

Also, yes, half inch has a wonderful selection of center gems, including BZ.  If you look at the link I just gave you, it also shows our stones, and sapphire and bz happen to be right next to each other.  HOWEVER, BZ, in a larger size, is going to be darker... ( http://anatometal.com/catalog/_glrImg/ey_gem-033.jpg  )  so be careful when ordering!!

 From what I'm being told here, we can get the Cabochon Opals and Sapphire Cabs for the center stones of super blings, but it's a custom item and could take 4-6 weeks.  If you're seriously interested ( for the ones who asked about 1/2 and 9/16) contact your BAF crew and they'll send us over a specific want for a specific quote.  

Also, faceted sapphires are already available in half-inch.  As well as all of the other faceted stones.

I wouldn't say...sky blue...  It's actually more teal than anything else.  The aqua is sky blue....but it's also darker as a large stone, albeit not much darker.  Gorgeous, by the way.  But no, BZ is not the light blue stone.

 That's like 33 pages, Emma. ;p I knew that Anatometal certainly could get specific. I just didn't know how far.

 Just ask for pricing on these items, and I don't blame you... 33 pages is a lot, and I'm happy to re-answer questions.  It's a lot easier when I already know what the answer is!!!

Barry, are there any black metals safe for long term wear, I would kill for a set of black rainbow blings, is there any chance of getting them? 

2 questions for you lovely people over at Anatometal:

1. I looked about, but it's possible I'm missing it.  Is there any color comparison wheel where all the opal cabs are together in one photograph?  I have a pair of blings in mind with white, light blue, and dark blue, but the photograph on the site makes it seem like white and light blue are very, very close in hue, while the dark blue is quite stand-out.  I've done mockups using the photos on the threaded endings catalog page and they look way closer in hue than i'd want for my blings.  Hah, just answered my own question over here: http://www.bodyartforms.com/productdetails.asp?ProductID=4159  . . . but then I have to ask, the royal blue (I'm assuming that's your dark blue) looks awfully close to light blue!  I just want an even color movement from white to light blue to dark blue, without one being a huge change in hue. Or is BAF labelling these colors a lot differently from your site?

2. Would it be at all possible to get an 8g sf plug with a moonstone cabachon on the end in a smallish size?  I saw that some cabachons might be available for blings, and I saw some stone cab plugs, but I wanted to be sure.  Also, would they show flash and color variation at that small of a size?

Ooookay.

We're sort of in the middle of a lot of fire... What with the "Martin Fire" And all, but we're trying to get around to answering things as they come in, and I think I'm doing a pretty good job.  But seriously.  Fire.  

Anyway, No, we don't make black blings of any sort, and I can't answer the question regarding whether or not it's safe to wear anything black long term...perhaps Barry will jump on that one.

 But this one!

Royal Blue... Light Blue... I don't know.  I call them #5 and #6... But they're both GORGEOUS... and neither goes from white to light blue to dark blue... From what I've seen, at least.  I personally treasure the #5, #6, and #17 (this one is everyones favorite), but ...well, Opals are really hard to take a picture of, and unfortunately we didn't get those ones into the light-box.  We were more concerned about getting them in peoples hands at the time, cause a customers gotta have what they want as soon as they can!!!! 

I think there's no problem with doing the moonstone thing, but I'll check on it Monday morning for a definite answer...I know ALL of the opals are available, and I can't even begin to think of a reason, at 8 gauge, that we wouldn't have a moonstone like that for you IN STOCK.  But seriously, let me check.

And we love that you love everything you get from us, because believe it or not, we love hearing that.  We pretty much print everything anyone has said nice about us and tape it all over a wall in there.  Sometimes people need motivation for working their butts off, and that seems to be just enough.

 I was just wondering if the sepia gems were still available?
