Only in ASTM F-138 (implant grade stainless), and yes different stone colors. We have not put these into the system yet.... it will take about one week. 5/8" may be the largest size we can make due to the heights of stones. 2ga will probably be the smallest.

Will they ever be available in titanium? 

 Someone previously requested a picture of MY super blings.  They're 2 gauge, 1/4 usable.  Faceted Opal and Black CZ on the outer, with amethyst for the center stone.  :)
