    Question about labret "sinking"

So I know the sinking effect is normal but Im just wondering how much to expect and if it can cause any problems. Right now I only have a very slight indentation around the backing.

    5/8 lobes
    8g second lobe "left only"
12g labret. fairly new working VERY slowly towards 1/2 inch.

Just gotta make sure skin doesn't start healing OVER the disk really. If it's just slight then sounds fine.

    8g lobes, 2g conches, 8g septum, 10g center lip, 12g left tragus, 14g right eyebrow, 10g 'halfadravya'

One day: 1/2" lobes, 0g conches, 12g right tragus... maybe more

Ok, just wanted to make sure since it's only a week old and its already doing that. Don't want anything bad happening while it's still new.

I'd just keep checking on it daily to make sure skin isn't growing over it (as Roger said). Otherwise it sounds like what you're experiencing is normal!
