septum! for sure! large gauge i think looks good on girls

and u cant really go wrong with a septum, if u dont like it u can flip it up, and if u remove it wont leave a visible scar to the public

    i has: 15mm septum, retired 5/8" lobes, 00g second holes for a year till 07/10 :'( , 3.25 hours of tattoo work(stomach/inner lip), 4g prince albert, 10g horizontal nipples.

I also vote for septum it has become my fave. Although i like smaller ones on girls, so mine is staying at a 14 ga, but thats just me.

i recommend this way too much haha, but 10g, and u can wear an earskin, and it is the most comfortable thing ever. u can still wear 14g and 16g jewelry in, and it will be more comfortable than actually being at that size

AHH i would love to have a gauged septum. I heard its super easy too, if you get it pierced in the right place, "sweet spot"..haha idk

Putting a sweet tunnel in it, that would be so legit.

I just got my septum pierced at 18g yesterday and the piercer was telling me about stretching them.  He was saying that it can be really painful... but I have no experience with it myself; maybe he could just have a lower threshold of pain, but, being a piercer that would seem odd.

00g lobes; 16g right helix; 16g left rook; 8g tongue; 18g right nostril; 18g septum; 2x sternum microdermals

Ink: Simba (right upper back); white daisy with tiny red heart (behind left ear)

    Retired: 14g Nipples; 14g lobes; 16g lobes; 18g helix

Future Mods: stretch septum to 16g; many more tattoos; second and third lobes; nips redone; conch?

Some people have small sweet spots (that makes it so the jewelry puts pressure on cartilage) or have the septum incorrectly pierced through cartilage which would make it painful. From my personal experience, my septum has self stretched from 16g to 10g and I can already see it has another big gap between the fistula and jewelry.

OP, remember that there's a chance of your nose 'drooping' when you stretch, too.  Just research before you do it. :-D

And, I'm gonna agree with the nape comment.  I love them, and wish my job would allow one.  (No way in HELL I'm wearin my hair down everyday to cover it. lol)
