I recently just downsized both ears due to a blow-out in my right ear. I've been stretching slowly for years, and was shocked that this would happen to me, thankfully my ear was able to heal, the fistula didn't entirely re-absorb, but did so more than I thought, and my ear seems quite healthy now despite a small amount of scar tissue. I was at 7'8" during the blow-out, downsized to 9'16" for a month and a half, completely naked most of the time, except at work. I am now at 5'8", and do not plan to stretch again. I have become quite paranoid after looking at photos of thinning lobes, and keep analyzing mine constantly, what do you all think? Thin? Or will they be fine in the long run, considering I do not plan to stretch again. I have read that your lobes tend to thicken naturally once you stop stretching, and follow through with oiling and massages, and daily rests.
this is my right lobe.
and my left!
