I keep getting an error message when I try to either place an item in my basket (only some of the time), or view my basket (all the time). Sometimes it clears my basket and sometimes I'll have hundreds of dollars worth of stuff in there. Any suggestions?

 Has this just been happening recently or has it always happened? Have you tried deleting your temporary internet files?

I'm having the same problem and get the HTTP 500 internal server error when I hit the 'enter billing information' button (I'm trying to make a purchase). I've just run a file clean up as suggested and deleted temp internet files but I'm still getting the error.

 Are you a registered customer checking out while logged in, or just checking out regularly? If you're registered please PM me with your login/pass and I'll attempt an order and see what it does to me (of course I won't check out! :)

And if not, just PM me with your address that you're trying to order to and I'll test it that way...

It'll also help if you let me know what you were trying to order.

Sorry for all the troubles! and hopefully we can get this worked out soon. It must only be happening to a few people because we still seem to be getting orders like normal.

This has been happening for a couple weeks (although I had not tried to place an order for a few months prior to that), all while being logged in. I deleted the temp internet files and got the same error. I'll PM you with my login info.

 Hi, just thought I'd let you know that with Firefox I was also getting an error message when trying to proceed to entering billing info. I then tried it with Safari which deleted the things from my cart once I wanted to go to checkout but then I tried it again with Safari and it worked :)

 I placed an order last night and got an error message right after submitting the order...it still went through, but I had to check my email and my account history for confirmation.

 i get a error message as well anytime i go to pay for the item. i tried it both in firefox and internet explorer and still get the error.

Is it a credit card error like "error processing payment" or are they some type of weird script errors that seem really out of place? It always helps to have errors copied and pasted here that way I can see what line it's happening on to try and track things down. Sorry for the trouble :(

 I think for the most part the site is working 99% correctly, but there's just a few glitches here and there that I'm not catching because it's impossible to test for every single scenario of checkout.
