I have no idea what is going on with my order, but I'm getting incredibly frustrated. I am trying to purchase two 18 g threadless labret posts and two 1.5 mm threadless ends (the $8 plain silver ones). I put them into my cart, I go to the checkout. I fill out all of my information, and then I click proceed. I get to the page that requires me to chose a shipping option. I chose one. I press proceed. And then I get to the page that tells me to check that all the information is correct, it is, I press proceed. I then get to a page that just tells me what I have ordered and the page says "order confirmation" and then.. nothing. There are no buttons to press, no links to even so much as leave the page and it doesn't really say much else. I go to my email and I have no emails about said order. I go to the "check order status" page and I type in my email address, and it says I don't have any orders. I go to my account and click on order history, I have no orders. I go to my gift card account and check it online and I still have the same amount of money on it as I did when I first purchased it! What is going on?! What have I done wrong? I've tried in multiple browsers, but again, no such luck. I'm getting SO frustrated that I even tried to go to steelnavel and purchase these items because I am that annoyed but they don't appear to accept gift cards. Any help, I defientnyl have enough on the card to be purchasing these items. Thankyou if anyone replies!

 The last page would be the "finish order" button, but sometimes if I have a hold on my account while a returned item is in transit they will not let me order and in fairly small print at the bottom of the box it says something like "your order cannot be processed, please use contact us"

Yes, I activated the card.When I go to check it's amount , it says it is active and everything. I don't know why it isn't working.

 Maybe it is what the above said, I shall have a look for that small print. It is really starting to aggrevate me!

Gift  cards a bit quarky unfortunately (we don't know why). If you want you can use the contact page at the site to let customer service know the first/last name you are trying to place the order under and they can see if they can run the card manually for you.

I'm surprised the last page is saying absolutely nothing :( It should at least say declined, error, or something :/

 I already sent something via the contact us button but I haven't heard from them. Maybe I should give it some time? I dont want to keep on trying to gte it to go through in case it starts making duplicated orders.. im just getting rather impatient as i want this jewlery asap! :p

They should be able to get back to you by the end of day tomorrow (they only work Mon - Fri). :)

 When I use a visa giftcard Ill buy a gift certificate from the site in the amount of my card, then use it from there. It seems to work better that way, unless you dont want to use the whole card on BAF... but I have no issues doing that... 

 It's all good now, I contacted them and they fixed it all up. Thanks for the help regardless. :)
