I don't think my 'restock' email subscriptions are working.  This has happened a few times: I sign up to be emailed when a product is restocked, and I never receive an email.  But when I go to the 'restocked' page, it's there.  Why am I not being emailed?  Just curious. 

I got lucky, one day.  I'd been waiting for some coconut hangies for, like FOREVER.  I signed up to be emailed, and never received anything, so I just thought they hadn't come in yet.  Well, I went to the restocked products page, and there they were!!  1 pair!!  I immediately ordered them!

I mean, if it can't be fixed, it's really okay.  I'll just have to check the restocked page religiously. lol

 I saw another thread about this awhile ago and Amanda was able to fix it for that person. You may just have to use the contact page to ask them. Kind of related, I've been subscribed to the newsletter for ages but I've never gotten one before haha. Is that an issue on my end do you think, or are they not sent that often? I've never tried receiving emails for restocks so I don't know if that works for me either.

iirc it had been years without a newsletter.  I can only recall maybe 3-4 in the past couple years.

I've been having this problem for months and we weren't able to figure out as to why. Granted though I haven't done the restock email thing in a while because of this. I'm also having troubling recieving other emails from here like the reset password. Dunno what's wrong. I've been emailing Myriah about it but we haven't been able to figure it out.

It's been a couple years since I tried to get a restock email, but they didn't work for me back then either, even though the item had been restocked.  I figure I'm on here enough that I don't need to try and get the emails so I haven't requested a restock email since then.

This is really strange :/ It's hard for me to test because whenever I put my email on a list I get the notifications. I'll keep it in mind, but unfortunately I don't know a lot about how to fix email issues like this.

 The newsletter is a separate thing. We're definitely slackers in that area and hopefully eventually we'll get more regular about sending them out. But they really only notify about new items mostly.

 No prob.  I'll just check the restocked page everyday. hehe  Thanks for tryin! :-D

Just an update that I've been pretty much trying to tackle the email issue all day. I *think* I'm making baby step progress but we'll see. I know aside from restocks the emails have just been a big problem lately. In some cases it's to the point where the contact page doesn't send them to us until 2 days later, which isn't cutting it.

I've got the contact page fixed so there should be no more delays in that area (for anyone reading this that may have had a past issue). But for all other email issues, I'm having to try other methods. I'll update here if I make any progress :)
