    Multiple Forums, Ahoy

It has come to my attention that some people like to use other message boards. Here's a place where we can talk about our experiences with LJ, BME, etc.

I used IAM when it first launched to the point of addiction... I just recently deleted my old account after a few years of inactivity. Was loads of fun back in the day and I am still good friends with a few of the folks there. :)

I use BAF and IAM multiple times a day. I've made some awesome friends on both, and still really enjoy them. :D

    Re: Multiple Forums, Ahoy

There are quite a few forums I visit that aren't related to body modifications (Brass Goggles, TONMO, Varanthus, Monster Fish Keepers, etc), so I'll hold off on mentioning those in detail.

I've used LiveJournal for seven years and have come to appreciate the body modification communities Stretched and BodyMods. The information provided is helpful and often delivered in a witty & curt method. It may take a thicker skin to integrate, but once you spend some time there you'll feel right at home. The people over there are great company and always up for a good chat.

If you have any questions about either community, please feel free to PM me as I help moderate Stretched and a friend takes care of BodyMods. :)

This is the only messageboard I'm on.  I just don't have the mental capacity to keep up with more than one. lol  I get behind on here too much as it is!

I like it a lot because...because it pisses you off!

Im here and IAM but Im not as active on IAM as I am here...

I avoid LJ... it seems any communities I was a part of there have banned me for whatever reason so why should I bother where Im obviously not wanted...

    Im just that awesome!

I use both BAF and am active on Lj. I  love stretched and bodymods which has some very good info.  I tried Iam but not really my thing.  Also Lj has some great vegan forums with tons of info!

    Re: Multiple Forums, Ahoy

yeah, i seem to go thru 'phases' on forums...  first, theres the phase of chatting online in forums at-all...  then, it is about whatever subject i happen to be interested in chatting about...  and last, it becomes a matter of sticking with the phase until it becomes no-fun anymore...

it is, indeed, an interesting phenomenon - for me...  i find that my 'phases' typically last a few months (at minimum) if im really into it - and depending upon the community, i will sometimes come-back-to-it after a number of years later...

as far as subjects go, the motorcycle forum that i used to belong-to (and almost got asked to moderate) was probably the most-intense cuz i actually met several of the folks IRL and our comraderie actually extended across more-than-just the one-subject (this one-particular-model of bike) for quite awhile...  in fact, that only ended with a near-life-threatening-crash (yeah, motorcycles are dangerous - and i can/could-be quite a stupid squid sometimes)...  actually, im kinda glad that i was not into large-gauged earrings at the time...  lol.

if i see any of yall elsewhere (or you recognize me), feel free to say howdee - if youd like...  i can be a completely unobservant person about some things and then hyper-detail-oriented about others...  so if i 'shouldve' seen ya and didnt say hi - im sure it was me just being absent-minded...  the myspace-link and lj-trading-link threads are/were great ways to cross-forums too...  thanks (whoever initiated them)...

ok - long babble about nothing - but if any of yall still ride a honda-9xx-crotch-rocket (and are on the 'damn cannot remember the name now'-forum...  ahh - fireblades, i think), say hi to the old gang...  ;-)

exactly 8.25250000001mm (0g) ear lobes ? goal reached, but currently downsizing/healing old wounds... so that i can create -new- ones... lol...

HII method: harold is insane... make sure to read everything i say and follow the most-insane ideas. if youre lucky - you can be insane too. 8-)
