    Probably a stupid question about Anatometal.

     I bought a pair of plugs in December of 2007. They have opal gems in them, and I just noticed a few days ago that one of the gems had fallen out. Is there any like warranty on these? I know I've had them for awhile and one missing gem isn't the end of the world, I'm just curious.

     I think that Anatometal has a really good warranty, like a lifetime guarantee. I would try contacting them directly.

     Did you get them through BAF? Contact them or Anatometal, I'm almost positive they'll replace the gem for you.

    Will knit/crochet for pretties. Seriously, try me. I like shiny ^.^

    Kind of off topic but that just ridded me of any apprehension when it comes to purchasing these in my goal size...so, selfishly, I don't think your question was stupid at all. Thanks and good luck!

     DO NOT contact Anatometal directly! They're a wholesale only company and you need to go through which ever retailer you bought them from, if that was BAF or a studio!

    Not a stupid question at all. I hope by now this has been fully addressed - and I'm assuming it has - but we most certainly guarantee our jewelry. Just remember, as bluebananaeater said, always contact whomever you purchased your items from first :) Also, I apologize for the lag in answering questions... Things around here have... been on fire lately, as you might have seen on the news!

     how do we get them fixed if the place we originally bought them from doesn't deal with Anatometal anymore.
