 The only thing I ever change is my plugs. Today its sf snowflake obsidian. 

 Lobes - sparkle green colorfronts, septum - 10g earskin (light blue maybe?), inverse navel  -this with a malachite gem- http://www.bodyartforms.com/productdetails.asp?ProductID=5455

2x  7/16 IS Pyrex single flare image plug in pink anchors.

3/4" amboyna burl from pauls plugs in my lobes
2g green colorfront(initial jewelry) in my still healing inner conches
nothing in my recently retired second lobes

In my ears are GWS Earth (2nds), AmberPurple plugs in 2nds, and black colorfronts in my 3 and 4th hole.  Fuchia titanium barbell in my conch, some little irradecent nose thingy in my new nose piercing!  

I'll mention the things aren't permanently installed, haha.

 I'm wearing ocean GG spirals in my lobes <3  They're so gorgeous.  I'm wearing a green colorfront in my conch and I'm waiting for jewelry to wear in my second lobe piercings because I have a habit of losing lots of colorfronts.  I have a ti captive in my girly bits.

once i got to my 'final' 0g, i started buying earskins - and i LOVE them...  especially for this reason - that i can dangle other older/smaller items thru them - and ive been wanting some gold-hoops, so thanks for the chinatown-idea... 

today, tho - im wearing simple purple-glitter plugs...  i was absolutely astounded at how great these look/work in my piercing (and they are cheap [uh, inexpensive...] and i just noticed theyve got one that im missing in stock - will have to order it after next payday...  lol) - they seem to catch (indoor light) perfectly and are sparkling no matter where i am (i use black o-rings)...  lets see -

IS silver satin dichro eyelets in my lobes, and teal Anatometal threaded ends on my anchors. I really need to get some satin eyelets in my goal size.

 1" GWS Amanita Muscaria mushroom plug in my lobes :)

 The only ones I ever change are my lobes...today I'm wearing 6g blue IS dichro through 4g white earskins.
