Hit a bump in the road.

Well I was finishing my next tattoos design when something finally hit me. I am getting the words "Family" on one inner bicep and "friends" on the other when it hit me! My right bicep will have to be changed in order to be read. I am wanting the "F"s next to my armpit, if I go with that design, the left will be clear. Does anybody have any ideas for the right side? I know its my body but I value everybody's opinions. I would be willing my move the location to say my ribs, but the one side would be upside down :(. All opinions appreciated. I can attach a picture of the font if need be. *Ignore any spelling errors or grammatical errors. I am typing on my PalmPre, kind of a hassle at times. God_

I don't think you are going to be able to have the two words going the same way...

I think I'm confused.  Are you going to put one word backwards?  Sorry.. :(  I have blonde roots.

Re: Hit a bump in the road.

I apologize, that post was not very well thought out at all (It was really lateStick out tongue)

Here is my problem, I was looking to get two words on my inner bicep. The word "Family" and "Friends", both were going to be in a fancy cursive font (Picture is attached). In my intial design I was planning on having both words starting around my arm pit and the end being at my elbow. After thinking about it rationaly, i realized that would make the word on my right bicep to appear backwards or horizontally inverted (look at your arm and imagine a word starting at the pit and extending to the elbow).

Now, wanting to keep the font (not dead set on the location or placement) where do you readers think I should place the words or do? My worry about keeping it on my inner bicep (and adjusting the right arm to start at the elbow and extend to the pit) is that it would look weird. Does anybody here have words on their inner bicep or know people that do, if so how is their's laid out?

*Once again, I am sorry if this makes no sense. Not quite sure how to express my question and ask it on the internet, it is easier in person where i can use my arm to show.

I think on your clavicle would look nice if you were thinking of a different spot. I dont know how to position it on the biceps to get what youre going for

I'm a slight perfectionist, though I understand the balance of both perfection and imperfection; for what we are not makes us what we are, and vice versa.

Does it give you strength or lead you to
your grave at a young age?

It makes sense now. haha  I could have been reading it wrong, too.  Anyhooooo...have you thought about putting it on the back of your arms (triceps, right? haha) starting at the armpit, going down to the elbow?  Something like this:

Edit:  But then your font may not work.  Oops.  Take it to a tattoo artist, and see what they can do for ya. :-D  If want it horizontal on opposite sides of your body, and you want the F's in the center, one of them is going to end up backwards....
