Anyone know a reputable tattoo artist in Austin, TX that they'd trust to fix or cover this tattoo?

 Well Rick's (jagerick) piercing studio is inside of Black Cat Tattoos, and from what I saw when I was there they do amazing work. 

 I am curious to know what happened with Wissabo and Lttle Fish's tattoo blowouts.  I just got my first one the other day and it looked great at first.  Now it looks like it is bleeding a little.  So far it isn't as bad as Wissabo but it is still fresh.

 Is this something to worry about or should I plan on having someone fix it.  Since it is blue I honestly cannot tell if it is ink or bruising.  I suspect ink because I don't usually bruise easily.

Since this was your first post I wont jump you about reviving dead threads, but you totally could have started a new one. :)

It does look like it is blown out pretty badly :( You could go talk to a different artist about thickening up the lines. I will dig for the thread about wissabo's coverup... **edit... she beat me to it.

Hey, watch post dates...wouldn't want ya to get in trouble.  Anyway, for yours I'd wait til it's fully healed, for sure, then have someone look at it.

 Thanks to both of you.  I will read the other thread and waith until it fully heals and have someone different look at it. It looks ok from a distance but I got it for me to enjoy, not whoever is standing 10 feet away. :(

 I just got a tattoo 4 weeks ago and its above my wrist. I have the halo under it and 3 inches above it. I feel sick about it.This is my fourth tattoo and this has never happened to any of my other ones.I thought it was bruising but now i dont think it is. What can I do? I have researched this for a few weeks and was in a way releived to see you have the same as me. What did you do? Please let me know.
