In theory you can stretch any piercing..there was a guy on modblog who had a larger gauge bridge but the post name escapes me right now.

Will knit/crochet for pretties. Seriously, try me. I like shiny ^.^

You can, but I wouln't recommend doing it. I did it b/c I was 17, stupid, and bored. I originally had a 16g. I bought a 2 inch long 10g taper and slowly worked that through being really careful not to tear anything. I had that in for about 3 weeks before deciding that I didn't want it because of the high risk of it and taking it to a 14g and eventually just letting it heal.

EDIT: I wouldn't recommend it unless you're absolutely set on it. If you like it the way it is, keep it the way it is. Don't risk ruining it.

wow, 16g to 10g on any piercing is just nuts. there is no way you were "really careful not to tear anything."

    Re: stretching bridge

yea, a buddy of mine stretched his from a 14 to a 12, but said it was a pretty rough stretch, just because of the location of the piercing and how tight the skin already was there.

Just because of the location, I don't believe it would be easy or smart by any means.

    Re: stretching bridge

I was under the impression that given enough time a bridge piercing will always grow out and shed.  If that's true I would think having it stretched could lead to bad scarring when it does shed.

this isn't a complete myth is it?  Don't some surface to surface piercings shed?

current: 0g lobes, wrist tattoo, shoulder tattoo, matching thighs

pending: Dreaming of tattoos running up the back of my legs from ankle to ass, but not for a few years. It will be amazing.

Actually, one of the tattoo artists at my favorite shop around here has had his bridge piercing for almost 15 years now. It's still in the exact same spot it was pierced in.
