So I stretched my ears (lobes) a little over a month and a half ago from a 6 to a 4. No pain, no problem. In fact, the tapers pretty much went all the way through, and I had to keep them from falling out before I could get the new jewelery in.
Cut to a couple of days ago. On my left ear, the hole has always had a little purplish part on the bottom of the hole, which I figure is scar tissue from when I got my ear pierced for like one day when I was 18 at the mall (I took it out that night because I didn't like it). When I got pierced earlier this year at 6g, that ear hurt more, but they both healed fast, and good; but that purple mark remained, and it remained a bit sensitive... but again, it gave me no problems. Well a couple of days ago, I noticed a bump near the purple spot, that is not in the hole (as the purple spot was always confined to before). Now, I don't know if it is a blow out, but I don't know what to do. The 6g would probably just slide right out of my ear, as these 4gs are NOT tight in my ear, but I don't want to just wait and see if this gets better. The best thing I can describe it as, is almost like a water blister or something... it looks sort of like that.
It doesn't hurt, and it is sort of sensitive, and small and only on the back, but I do NOT want funky lobes. Any advice as to what I should next? I clean my ears regularly, and keep things very clean, so I DOUBT this is because of hygiene. Any help is MUCH appreciated.
