     They sadly do not have 5/8 gauges in these..

    but if I was to wear these through a pair of tunnel gauges,

    would 1/2 or 7/16 gauges work?

    Tunnels are straight and the top of the serphins isn't.  They'd probably fit better through earskins. 

    Lobes: 5/8" lobes x2; 2g x1 (2nd hole); 4g x1 (3rd hole). 10g septum. 8g tongue. 12g nipple. 16g eyebrow. 2.5 year old dreads. Sternum microdermal (rejected).

    earskins or original kaos eyelets would work fine to wear them through.

    What kind of earskins would i get?

    That depends on how "fat" your ears are.  Perhaps measure your most snug fitting plugs and order based on that...
