    silicone plugs and using jojoba oil.

    about a month or so ago i gauged my ears using silicone plugs i ordered from BAF.  i went to 7/8 of an inch and used a&d ointment to lube them up before stretching. well i was reading on the site and i found some people use jojoba oil to help with their horn and silicone jewelry. so i ordered a 1oz. bottle of it from BAF to try it out. my question is... is it safe on silicone? silicone is my favortie material by far and i just wanted to double check that it'll be alright.

    - ears are 7/8 of an inch -
    - tongue 12g -
    - angelbites 14g -
    - bellybutton 14g -
    - nose 18g -

    I use jojoba oil for everything and have had no problems so far. Jojoba oil is very close to your skin's natural oils, so as long as you keep everything clean and healthy, you're good to go.

     I use jojoba oil on everything :) I always slather my silicone in it with no problems at all.

    (I wouldn't stretch with silicone)

    I use jojoba oil on my earskins and my ears love it.  Like mentioned above, keep em clean and you shouldnt have a problem.  One thing i noticed though, without the oil, the silicone drys my lobes out, so i oil 2-3 times a day.
