I've been at 0gauge for almost a month. Should I be leaving my plugs out overnight or is a couple of hours sufficient? (I want healthy lobes)

I don't think they are ready for that as far as shrinking goes but everyone is different just do a test run of an hour or two and see what happens

i started leaving mine out at 1/2 an inch due to the fact i was wearing stone plugs and they would get loose. as for what i think about your situation. i think you should start leaving them out maybe a few hours a day then work your way up to a night. what type of plugs do you use also is a good indication of how long you can leave them out as well. just remember to listen to your body.
