    Bleeding, but no pain?

     Aye, folks

I recently stretched my ears from 6g to 4g with pretty little pain, so I put 4g flared plugs in the holes. That was 2 days ago.

Since then, each time I shower or play in my hair (or whatever make my ears move), the holes start bleeding around the flares of the plugs. I feel no pain and, the plugs being clear, I can't see any tearing nor blood il the fistula, only around the flares.

     Am I going to die??

Sounds like you have a tear whether you see it or not. There should never be any blood or strangely colored lymph involved with stretching.

The best course of action would be to downsize, heal, and think about restretching in a few months. If you keep your lobe holes at their current size, you'll be risking scar tissue and possible blowouts.

Well, yeah I'm sure it's blood and not orange crusty as it is deeply red, liquid and gets black while dry.

I tought about get it off, but the plug is actually 6g, and the flares 4g, so I'm already downsizing at 6g. Plus, I'm afraid to re-stretch it to get the flare out, and worse the tear. (Is it a verb? To worse? Make it worse?)

Still, no pain, and it's not even red or swollen around.

Haha I think I mixed some things up. Sorry, the language barrier is pretty thick.

I was already at 2g last year. I let it shrink down to 8g to get thicker lobes, and then restretched it at 6g, then 4g. The 6g was done 3 months ago and went well. The 4g, 4 weeks ago, I tough it was time to put my olde sweet plugs

About the plugs, they are the same I used to go 4g the first time. Back then, I didn't knew it wasn't good to put flared plugs in recenlty stretched holes, but the o-ringed ones made me bleed and sticked to my ears more often, the flared don't. Second time I stretched 4g, I tough "why not"

(And, woah, I didn't stretch with the plugs themselves, I used a hollow taper, the flare went inside the taper)

hey im in quebec right now! just wanted to add that in. but about your lobes, i think you should wait a day or two and see if its still like that. maybe your wearable area is just too short or something and its cutting off circulation? whatever the problem is, i usually wait before acting on anything. so if it cotinues to bleed, then downsize to 6g and stay there. maybe your lobes werent ready, or the flares are bigger than what you think they are.

    0g lobes

Well, when I re-showed this night, there were no bleeding at all, only a light swolling around the face flare, and it was gone in 10 minutes.

     Sorry for the derangment.
