Congrats on your industrial! My little sister has one that she waited three years to get and she loves it. I just wanted to give you some quick advice on their healing in my experience: don't turn the barbell. If you were pierced with high quality jewelry with a good finish, which you should have been if the shop is good, you do not have to worry about it sticking at all. Turning it will only disrupt the skin that is trying to form in your fresh piercing. Any "sticking" you might think you feel is just naturally occurring lymph and blood that will come off with regular cleaning and showering. Also, the best thing for a new industrial is sea salt, The industrials I've seen that seem to heal the best and without the infamous bump used sea salt soaks or swabs to keep them clean, and not too many chemicals.
As far as changing the barbell, you'll want to wait at LEAST 6 months to think about it. Because industrials have two holes and not just one, it's double the stress on each end, and they take a long time to heal.
(edit: Axon types faster
