have you checked the aftercare forum, here to be exact http://forums.bodyartforms.com/forums/t/4777.aspx, i personally have no expierence with that piercing and an autoclave  is a machine that is used to sterilize the needles and such a piercer uses.....some info on it here... http://www.bodyartforms.com/productdetails.asp?ProductID=1464
