Isn't that Lilitha's picture on the product page? Looks like her hair. lol

I don't have any very expensive plugs. I generally agree with geesey_goosey - there are lots of cheaper plugs that I have my eye on, and for the price of some of the expensive ones, I could get 2 or 3 pair of others that I like. That, and I think that most of the more expensive ones look better in larger sizes and I'm only at a 2. I love a lot of things on Rein's site, but everything starts at 00.

Which, coincidentally, I've considered stretching to in a few years... if I did, I would spend more money on more high dollar items, I think.

Quality over quantitiy. I rather one expensive pair I truly love than a few pairs I merely like =P

I agree with Dre on the quality issue. If I had to choose between spending $10 on a pair of crap blings on Ebay or $130 on a pair of Anatometals on BAF I'd pick the more expensive pair in a heartbeat. But then I also agree that a lot of things look a darn site better in bigger sizes. If I were the size Lilitha's at I would probably have more expensive taste. She has an awesome collection of very unique pieces, same with Quinn. At 00g hardly anyone notices that my ears are stretched so I don't really invest in the plugs I'd like to.

I totally agree with Geesey. When I had smaller plugs I felt like no one really noticed them so i went bigger and found that there are so many better plugs out there.

If I actually thought those pieces looked good in my size, I'd consider it. I still buy decent quality... I'd rather have 3 or 4 pair of IS dichro (if it was still around! ::sad::) or a couple of Tawapa hanging pieces that I've been eyeing than one pair of blings that look dinky in 2g. I certainly wouldn't prefer to have a bag full of crappy acrylic over Anatometal single gems!

    y'know? =)

Like I said, *IF* I ever go to 00, Reign would certainly be getting some business from me. I love their new copper stuff and their cabochons.

In the end if I had that much money to drop I'd just buy a butt load of plugs instead of just one pair.
I used to think that too, but then I got my first.....and second.......and third pair of blings. I've stopped buying most inexpensive jewelry because I realized I didn't really ever wear it, and I'd rather just save up for a beautiful, original piece. My collection is slowly becoming blings, customs and weights, with a little Kaos, and I'm 0g. I've been thinking about getting a pair of 00g Reigns in SF so I can wear them.

I think it's times like this where I'm glad I don't really care for blinged eyelets and colored bling! Once i've got a single CZ pair (which I have, but off brand) I'm happy as a clam! I am a glass fiend though.
