So my birthday's comng up and I have questions! Is it an absolutly horriable idea to get both my septum & nostril pierced on the same day? Would it be a bad idea to have my nostril pierced with an 18g glass nosescrew (http://bodyartforms.com/productdetails.asp?ProductID=4542), since it's so thin i'm thinking it may break more easily? Anything else I need to know? Any recomendations for shops in MN? 

personally i waited it kinda freaked me out thinking about all the needles in my nose in the same day but  thats just me

If you're healthy, there's technically no problem with it, but why not space it out a little more? I prefer only getting one piercing at a time, because my body will heal it faster and with less complications, because it's only trying to heal one piercing and not two. Plus, with something as notorious to heal as a nostril, I'd give your attention to that one and make sure it heals right. And piercings are addictive, so you might want to save one of those for when the urge hits again

 My advice is to space it out. I have a brand new septum and a left nostril that is 3 months into healing. I plan to add my right nostril in another month or two, all at once can be done but if you aren't used to having things in or around your nose it can really suck to learn to get around them.
