 Watchout, you should downsize a while and the restretch it, TAKE YOUR TIME, and your lobes could get thicker. 

Continue to stretch like that, and you'll get pretty ugly problems, short and long-term.

 I mean, one of my friend as a thinning lobe, and it looked unevenly like this pic before it started to get really thin on the side of the lobe, almost on the conch zone. (Sorry I don't know the ear's parts in english, so I name them by the piercing haha)

 I think you are seeing things there.  If anything it looks like there may be a blowout.  no thinning tho.

Well, considering you're only 15 and I'm assuming you have no work experience, I'd say unless there is a Hot Topic or Spencers around you're probably pretty screwed.

I wouldnt exactly say its bad. Maybe just not the best idea.

 But i dont really have much room to talk. I stretched both of my lobes from 3/4 to an inch in a week, with no blowout luckily. and then recently again from 1'' to 1 1/2'' in about a week and a half. although, i had the 1'' plugs in for almost a year. then decided to go bigger once the plugs kept falling out.

a) by massage i mean get some jojoba oil, or holey buttr, or just plain olive oil, whatever you prefer; take your plugs out and give your ears a massage once a day and then put them back in

b) i figured you put your jewelry in front to back because thats how most people do it
