I remember a while ago on here someone posted a link to a tattoo artists portfolio. I think his name was brian but I could be totally wrong. He did some sort of octopus on someone from here i think. If anyone has any idea what im talking about lt me know :D

 it was probably brian decker in nyc. he is the most popular and best tattoo artist named brian that i know of. he works at pure body arts in brooklyn i hope that helps
