Most of the spirals I see are about as big as when you pinch your middle finger and thumb together, but after a lot of looking I'm wondering if there are spirals much larger (like the size of a fist?) that go up to a 2g or 0g at least? 

I always liked the illusion of tusks, and I've been really eager to find some.

Apparently those got some bd reviews... but that's about the size I was thinking of. 

 In all fairness, the person saying the spiral got stuck in their ear sounds like an idiot.

 The second ones are beautiful, but yeah I was thinking more spirals. After some looking I found some of the super spirals that I liked, but they were also made out of wood.

And I don't understand how you could get it literally stuck in your ear.. 

 maybe they forgot how to use oil.

i digress, those ebony ones are great. i have been looking for the same thing for a while i love spirals. i have a steel pair that are about 2 inches in diameter, but they are soo heavy that ive been looking for other ones.
