    Autoclaving of Delrin

Does anyone know if Delrin (polyoxymethylene) can be sterilized in an autoclave? I'm not sure if the plastic will remain intact (without producing potentially harmful products) at the 121 degrees Centigrade (or higher) required for the autoclaving process.
